Here I Come...I guess

I was thinking about how profound I would like to make my first post but everything of consequence has already been said. So I shall just have to quote something: "Let the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be acceptable in Thy sight, O Lord, my rock and my Redeemer." ~Psalm 19:14

Let's see how things go from here :)

Good quote. I have been digging in the Scriptures trying to get from cover to cover recently, but have not made it to that wonderful book yet. But I have been greatly enjoying the books I have read all the way through...especially Joshua. I love how the flow and writing style change as you transition between Deuteronomy and Joshua. The author changes, I believe, and the account seems to get more personal in Joshua.

But my favorite passage is from Ephesians:

"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness. And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace. Above all, taking the shield of faith wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. Praying always with prayer and supplication..."
-Ephesians 6:12-18.

So readers, what is your favorite quote? Why? How did you find it?
